First, I would like to thank you for visiting our website! My name is Patsy Gooch. I am a REALTOR® with CENTURY 21 J And L Realty. It is exciting to be in the CENTURY 21 J And L Realty family. CENTURY 21 is a name of recognition,* ethical conduct, and trust. In 2004-2008, I achieved the National Masters Award for CENTURY 21 J And L Realty. In 2008, I earned the Emerald Level with an invitation to the national CENTURY 21 retreat in San Antonio, Texas. I was selected for the national CENTURY 21 J And L Realty Pace Setter Award for 2006-2009 and earned the CENTURY 21 Star Award for 2009.

In 2007, I was honored to serve as secretary of the Athens-Limestone Board of REALTORS® and received the 2007 Glenn Blackwell Award for Community Service from the Board. I also served on the Athens-Limestone Officers and Directors Board in 2007, 2008, and 2009, and currently in 2010. I served as the vice president in 2008. I served as 2009 president of the Athens-Limestone County Association and as State Director of the Alabama State Association of REALTORS®. I am currently serving on a state committee planning the state convention in Charleston for 2010. I have served on the MLS committee and on the Board of Directors of our surrounding counties. I was honored as REALTOR® of the Year for 2009 and was a 2009 member of Alabama REALTORS® Honor Society. This is a very exciting time for me! I love the adventure of being involved with the Athens Board and the Alabama State Association.

Our office is a member of the Greater Limestone Chamber of Commerce, where I currently serve as an Ambassador for the Chamber where I was honored as Ambassador of the Quarter. The Ambassadors serve at different functions, such as attending ribbon cuttings for new businesses and working at other events that promote Limestone County. This is my second year to serve on the Greater Limestone Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. In 2010, I was honored by the Chamber as Business Person of the Year. I encourage each of you to attend events in our beautiful Limestone County!

I am an active member of the Athens-Limestone Homebuilders Association, where I served on the 2007, 2008, and 2009 "Scholarship Bike Ride" committee and the building and lot committee. I was honored as Associate of the Year for 2009. The Athens-Limestone Home Builders are working diligently toward their goal of constructing a new building. They are excited about having a higher presence in Athens!

I am an individual member of the Better Business Bureau where I have an A+ rating. The Bureau promotes high standards of trust. I feel that, in today's businesses, this is a very important issue. Our CENTURY 21 J And L Realty office is also a member.

As you can see, I am excited about real estate and our community! I was born in Limestone County and have lived here all my life. My love for our area continues to grow as our quaint area flourishes with new and historical beauty.
